I found this Fascinating video concerning the Archeological writings of the Sanhedrim and Talmuds of the Jews. These are the official documents made in these courts in the days of Jesus Christ. From the Manuscripts in Constantinoble and the records of the Senatorial Docket taken from the Vatican at Rome. Anybody who is reading their Bible will see 10's of tie in with no contridictions. But, remember this is recorded history and should NOT be appreciated as an extention of God's Word for biblical interpertation but is for sure Fascinating!!! My research on this issue revealed two positions thoes who deny that Pilate became a Christian and thoes who belive that he was a repented Christian. If true and I think the evidence leans that it is. Therefore, the letter should serve as a witness of Pilate that Jesus is the Son of God. It may serve to confirm the authority of Jesus Christ, but remember faith comes from hearing and hearing from the Word of God. Do not rest your faith in archeological writings becase God said, "Even the devils believe and tremble." True faith can only come from "HEARING" the Word!
